Mushro-Muchnok
Amanda Muchnok became the bride of Aaron Mushro on July 21 at St. Joseph Church, Uniontown. The Rev. Alexander Pleban officiated the nuptial Mass. The bride is the daughter of Tim and Kim Muchnok of Uniontown. She is the granddaughter of John Muchnok and the late Mildred Muchnok, and Ken Ryan and the late Arlene Ryan.
The bridegroom is the son of Russ and Judy Mushro of Gaithersburg, Md.
Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a silk duchess satin, strapless A-line gown with pick-ups throughout the skirt and sweep train with flower details. A headpiece held a cathedral-length veil.
Kelly Smith was matron of honor. Jayme Ainsley was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Heather Comrey, Kaitlin Muchnok, Amy Muchnok, Kristie Muchnok and Renee Pfifer. Brittney and Abbie Argirakis were junior bridesmaids. Hailey and Madison Muchnok were flower girls.
Matt Mushro and Greg Mushro shared best man honors. Groomsmen were Bart Mushro, Adam Smith, Chad Sandy, Rod Garcia and Tim Muchnok. Thaddeus Muchnok was ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Waterfront Place Hotel in Morgantown, W.Va.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School. In 2002, she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from West Virginia University and in 2004 received certification in education from California University of Pennsylvania. She received master degree in curriculum design, instruction and administration from McDaniel College. She is an English teacher in Montgomery County, Md.
The bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Quince Orchard High School and in 2002 received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from West Virginia University.
He is working toward a master’s degree in business administration at George Washington University. He is the brand manager of American Legacy Foundation’s “Truth’ campaign.
The couple honeymooned in Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Moorea.
They are residing in North Potomac, Md.
