Beverly R. (Fazenbaker) Cable, age 62, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday July 4, 2008, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh,… Beverly R. (Fazenbaker) Cable, age 62, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday July 4, 2008, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa., after suffering a lingering illness.

She was born on September 20, 1945, in Uniontown, Pa., the daughter of Lester Fazenbaker and Margaret (Brodrick) Fazenbaker.

Beverly was the former owner and operator of Perry Fruit Market and the Cactus Lounge in Perryopolis, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Joanne Frost.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 47 years, Gene A. Cable; two sons: Gene Cable Jr. of Waltersburg, Pa., and Terry Cable and fiancee’ Sherrie Carocci of Arlington, Texas; three sisters: Dolores Hess and husband Ronald of Washington, Pa., Jean Mullen and husband Richard of Uniontown, Pa., and Arlene Johnson of Perryopolis, Pa.; grandsons: Aaron, Joshua and Tyler; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles; and dogs: Angel and Missy who will greatly miss her.

Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and on Monday, July 7, 2008, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, the Hour of Service with the Reverend Art Mace officiating.

Interment will follow in Mount Saint Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
