Highlands Hospital staff honors two students
Marissa Soisson, a Geibel Catholic High School graduate, and McKenzie Wildey, a Connellsville Area Senior High School graduate, (not present) were recently awarded the 2008 Barbara Morrison Memorial Scholarship sponsored by the Highlands Hospital medical staff. Presenting the checks are Richard Grimaldi, D.M.D., and Tiffany Pluto, D.O. Looking on is Karen Morrison, daughter of the late Barbara Morrison. Morrison plans on attending Duquesne University and Wildey plans on attending Penn State University. The hospital’s medical staff awards two scholarships annually to local students from Connellsville Area Senior High School and Geibel Catholic High School who are planning a career in the medical field.
