Mary J. Zadel Sabula, age 91, of Allison, Pa. passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008, in the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital,… Mary J. Zadel Sabula, age 91, of Allison, Pa. passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008, in the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.
She was born May 28, 1917, in Grays Landing, Pa., the daughter of Joseph Zadel and Amalea Danelec Zadel.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Nick Sabula in 1997, two brothers, Joseph Zadel and John Zadel, and her parents.
Surviving are two sons: Andrew Sabula, Brownsville, Pa., and Nick Sabula and his wife, Cindy, of Yorba Linda, California; five beloved grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; sister, Ann Maresh of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and a brother, Frank Zadel of Uniontown, Pa.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., 19 Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, June 3, 2008, until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.
A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in The Church of The Madonna, Cardale, Pa., with Rev. Father Stephen Bugay as the Celebrant.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
Parish Wake Service will be held in the Funeral Home today at 8 p.m.
