He is survived by his wife Debra Ann Hill Douglas; sons: Bruce B. Douglas, Devin Douglas, Branden Douglas and daughter; Alicia Hill; brother, Walter McKeithen. sisters: Kathryn Reed, Ethel Douglas, Lois Davis and Connie Douglas.

Arrangements are entrusted to MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 E. Main St., Uniontown and will be announced at a later date.
