He was born November 28, 1940, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Son of Robert Austin and Mary Carter Austin.
Larry was preceded in death by his Parents, a Sister, Alda Lee Walker, and two Brothers, Herman Austin and Harvey Austin.
Surviving are his Brothers and Sister: Bobby Austin and wife, Irene of Cleveland, Ohio, Charles Austin of Cleveland, Ohio, Henry Austin and wife, Kathy of Uniontown, Pa., Ronald Austin of Minnesota, Estelle Moore and husband, Charles of Mitchellville, Maryland; a Close Friend, Noris Hodge; Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other Relatives and Friends.
Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., today, from 5 to 9 p.m. where Services will be held on Friday, June 6, 2008, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. George W. Cooper officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
