COWS: Breakers, 75-80 percent lean, 59.50 to 65.50, few to 70; boners 80-85 percent lean, 54 to 59; lean 85-90 percent lean, 48.50 to 53.50. Shells 48 and down.
BULLS: Yield grade 1, 1,065 to 2,155 pounds, 68.50 to 76; one to 79; yield grade 2, 1,175 to 1,335 pounds, 64 to 67.
