State police in Greensburg reported that a William David Yauger, 40, of Uniontown and John Henry Burnsworth, 36, of Alverton were charged with harassment after an alleged assault at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday at a home on Sportsman Road. Police alleged that Burnsworth hit Earl Lee Lint Jr., 28, of Alverton and Yauger allegedly hit Bertha Mae Lint, 30, of Alverton.

State police said Michael Adrian Suich of Uniontown reported that someone shot a pellet gun at his car, causing damage to the front fender and side view mirror around 1 p.m. Tuesday.

State police cited a 14-year-old Connellsville girl for harassment after she allegedly made a harassing phone call to another 14-year-old Connellsville girl on June 6, police said.

State police said charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession with the intent to deliver heroin are pending against a 23-year-old Uniontown man. Police said they found the man passed out inside his car at a car wash on Route 40 around 9:30 p.m. on June 1. Police said the man had numerous bags of heroin inside his car.

State police said Arthur Shaner, 21, of Mount Braddock reported that someone hit him in the face and on the right arm with a club on June 2.

State police said two boys approached Shauna Pennington, 18, of Fairbank in the parking lot of the Uniontown Mall around 3 p.m. Monday and stole a $10 bill from her left hand. Charges are pending against the boys.
