Man injured
State police said vehicles a motorcycle operated by Keith Mattox of Perryopolis and a car driven by Steven Shidel of Pittsburgh collided on Route 51 at 7 p.m. Friday. Mattox was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered major injuries. Trooper Craig M. Soltis said Mattox remains in critical condition in UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Charges pending
Charges for drunken driving are pending against a Melcroft man following a traffic stop on Three Mill Hill in Bullskin Township at 1:40 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

Michael Eugene Burkholder, 24, of Indianhead was cited for public drunkenness after he was discovered sleeping in the parking lot of a gas station in Bullskin Township at 3:39 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

Car damaged
State police said vandals damaged a car owned by Sherry Santmyer of Scottdale while it was parked on Ore Mine Hill Road at 6:25 a.m. Sunday.

State police said Robert Lee Verbus Jr., 28, of Uniontown was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident on Second Street at 11:55 p.m. Saturday.

Cars collide
Vehicles driven by George Mordwinkin and Anthony Lewandowski Jr., both of Scottdale, collided on Route 819 at 7 p.m. Thursday, state police said. Lewandowski and a passenger in his car each suffered minor injuries, police said.

Gun stolen
State police said a .38-caliber Taurus pistol owned by Daniel Parsons of McClellandtown was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked on McClellandtown-Lambert Road Friday.

Items stolen
State police said items owned by Patrick Livingston of Uniontown were stolen from his home on Old Braddock Road between 2 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday.

Woman injured
Tonya McClain of Lake Lynn suffered injuries when the vehicle she was driving crashed on Lake Lynn Road at 7:32 p.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Charges pending
State police said charges for driving under the influence of alcohol are pending against a Friendsville, Md. man after the vehicle he was driving crashed on Route 40 at 6:36 a.m. Saturday.
Dunkard Twp.
Man cited
State police said multiple citations were issued at a business in Dunkard Township, Greene County late Saturday and early Sunday. Police said Christopher Shockey of Ashby, W.Va. was cited for underage drinking at 11:25 p.m. Saturday. Later police said Justin Barna of McKeesport was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident at the business at 1:40 a.m. Sunday. About an hour later at the same location in Dunkard Township, police said two teenagers were cited for underage drinking.
