Augustine, passed on from this world to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ. She was surrounded by her loving family in her Addison home.
Donations are to be made to the Connellsville Little House Society, PO Box 2044, Connellsville, PA 15425 c/o Joan Emanuel, to the Fayette County Area Agency on Aging, 140 North Beeson Ave., Uniontown, PA 15401 c/o Sylvia Vignali, or to UPCI Development Office, UPMC Cancer Pavilion, Suite 1B, 5150 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15232, in Memory of Faye Augustine.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown where the family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m.Visitation will continue in the funeral home on Monday, June 30 from 9 until 10 a.m., followed by a Mass celebrating Faye’s life at ST. JOAN OF ARC CATHOLIC CHURCH, Farmington with the Rev. Fr. James L. Popochock as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Addison Cemetery, Addison, PA.
Parish wake service will be held in the funeral home on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at 3 p.m.
