He was born September 14, 1979, in Uniontown, Pa.
Justin attended Fayette County ARC for many years and their Staff provided excellent care for him.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Connie L. Rugh and Clarence and Mary Alice Berkshire.
Surviving are his parents, Thomas and LuAnn (Rugh) Berkshire; brother, Brandon Berkshire and his girlfriend Kristen Bilpuh; sister, Breanna Berkshire; grandparents, Richard and Grace Rugh; uncles and aunts: Richard Rugh Jr. and wife Lori who was a special aunt and caregiver to Justin, Lana Jo McBride and fiancée Greg Hornyak, Linda Sue and Mark Yuhaniak, Clarence and Sheri Berkshire, Bonnie and Bert Groover, Chuck and Donna Berkshire, Norman and Idette Berkshire, Mark and Dawn Berkshire and Shirley and Robert Fisher; and many loving cousins.
The family will receive friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday, June 30, 2008, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with the Rev. Joe Floris and Rev. Jack Herman officiating.
Interment in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
