William Ivan Blazek, 76, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died on Sunday, May 4, 2008, at his residence in Centreville, Va…. William Ivan Blazek, 76, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died on Sunday, May 4, 2008, at his residence in Centreville, Va.
He was the son of the late Steve Blazek and Helen Adamovich Blazek.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Veronica Ann Blazek and a son, Mark Blazek.
He is survived by his daughters: Sue Ann Kettler of Manassas, Va. and Lynn Love of Bristow, Va.; a son, Gary Blazek of Centreville, Va.; a brother, Stephen Blazek of McLean, Va.; a sister, Yolanda Elek of Macungie, Pa.; his grandchildren: Daniel and Ashley Kettler and Dallas and Travis Love.
The family will receive friends in the MONEY & KING FUNERAL HOME, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, Va., today, May 7, 2008 beginninng at 11 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 12:45 p.m.
Interment will be in the Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, Va.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
