Richeyville resident charged with molesting boy
Centerville police have filed multiple charges against a Richeyville man accused of sexually molesting a 4-year-old boy. Police said Lewis Lutsko III, 43, was charged Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Joshua P. Kanalis with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Police allege that Lutsko engaged in a sex act with the child at a location in Washington County.
The Herald-Standard does not identify the victims of sexual assault.
It was not clear when the alleged assault occurred.
Lutsko was placed in the Washington County Prison on $50,000 straight cash bond.
A preliminary hearing is set for May 14 before Kanalis.
According to Washington County Court records, Lutsko has not been in trouble with the law since 2003 when he pleaded guilty to a charge of public drunkenness.
