He is survived by his mother, Sandra Tutich Howell; a sister, Melanie Stewart; grandmother, Julia Tutich; one niece and two nephews.

Family and friends will be received in the RICHARD KUCERA FUNERAL HOME, Connellsville, Wednesday and Thursday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. May 14 and 15 and on May 16, 2008 at 10 a.m. for a Blessing Service.
