Louis Joseph Rabiej Jr., age 52, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away after a tremendous 20 month battle with cancer on… Louis Joseph Rabiej Jr., age 52, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away after a tremendous 20 month battle with cancer on Thursday, May 8, 2008, in Mesa, Arizona, with his family by his side.
He was born April 2, 1956, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to Olga and Louis Rabiej Sr.
Louis was a member of the Greek Catholic Union.
He had lived in Arizona for over 16 years.
He worked as a Financial Analyst for General Motors.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Louis is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Diane; daughter, Alison; one sister, Karen Hellriegel; also many friends and co-workers with General Motors.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12, 2008, in the HANSEN MORTUARY, Arizona.
Additional viewing will be held at the MOUNT MACRINA MOTHERHOUSE, Uniontown, Pennsylvania, on Friday, May 16, 2008, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. Divine Liturgy for The Deceased will be said at 10:30 a.m. in the Monastery Chapel at Saint Mount Macrina.
Interment follows in Saint Mount Macrina Cemetery.
