She is survived by her husband, Frank R. Smith; three daughters: Susan Pritts, Wendy Smith and Stacie Blackstone; son, David F. Smith; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and devoted friends.
