She was born July 17,… Beverly Baughman Yancheck, 72, of Dickerson Run, Pennsylvania, died at home Saturday, May 17, 2008.
She was born July 17, 1935, in Morrell, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Leo and Eleanor Baughman.
Beverly was a faithful member of The Connellsville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Besides her Bible studies, one of Beverly’s favorite past times was listening to her son and grandson (founders of the local band “Father & Son”) play music for her!
Amelia was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Nick Yancheck Sr.
She is survived by one son, Nicholas L. Yancheck of Dickerson Run, Pa.; a grandson, Brenton L. Yancheck of Dickerson Run, Pa.; a sister, Delores McWilliams and her husband, Samuel “Mickey”, of Morrell, Pa.; two nieces: Leah Nicklow and her husband, Melvin, of Broadford, Pa., and Debbie Visnosky and her husband, Lester, of Trotter, Pa.; and five grandnephews: Ryan Nicklow, Chad Nicklow, Adrian Visnosky, Samuel Visnosky and Kristen Visnosky.
Friends will be received in the VITO C. MARTUCCI FUNERAL HOME, 123 South First Street, West Side, Connellsville, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, until 2 p.m., the hour of Service with Elder Richard Piccolomini officiating.
Interment will follow in Greenlick Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania.
