Charles Shriver, 44, of Point Marion and Arthur Engle, 31, of Uniontown were each cited for harassment and disorderly conduct following an altercation on Rose Drive at 10:20 p.m. Friday, state police said.

State police said vandals used a paintball gun to damage the Lambert Road home of Ronald Johns of McClellandtown between 8 p.m. Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday.

Gasoline stolen
An unidentified man driving an older model red Dodge pickup truck with a wooden bed stole $50 worth of gasoline from the Dairy Mart in Dunbar Township at 2:01 p.m. Monday, state police said.

A 15-year-old Point Marion boy allegedly damaged a window of a home on Fallen Timbers Road owned by Cathy Boyce of Point Marion at 4:20 p.m. Monday, state police said.

Theft reported
State police said a .380-caliber pistol owned by Jacob Settles of Allison was stolen form his home on Broadway Street between 6:30 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Sunday.

Vehicles collide
State police said vehicles driven by Cherida Huffman and Amy Metheny, both of Mount Morris, collided on Steele Hill Road in Dunkard Township at 7:45 a.m. Monday. Both drivers suffered minor injuries, police said.

State police said $120 worth of diesel fuel was stolen from the All Star Express in Carmichaels at 4:15 a.m. Friday.
