Garrett R. (Bob) Wingard, Sr., 76, of Republic, Pa., went to be with the Lord and his loving wife, Inez,… Garrett R. (Bob) Wingard, Sr., 76, of Republic, Pa., went to be with the Lord and his loving wife, Inez, on May 28, 2008.
He was the father of William Valentine, Roscoe Valentine, Hazel Lowther, Ruby Zazado, Bobbie Malcom, Christine Brown, Garrett Wingard, Jr., Frances Brooks, Brenda Land and John Wingard. He was also a loving grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Joe Eicholtz officiating. Military Rites will be accorded in the Funeral Home by Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 47, Uniontown.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
