in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today, September 2, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Father Michael J. Crookston officiating.

Interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
