Masontown man receives honor
Cornell received the honor at a recent ceremony in Providence, R.I., during the annual meeting of the Scottish Rite Supreme Council. The degree is awarded for outstanding service to Freemasonry or for significant contributions to humanity that reflects credit upon the fraternity. This year’s recipients were chosen from 15 Northeastern and Midwestern states that comprise the 210,000-member Northern Jurisdiction of Freemasonry in the United States.
