One injured in accident
The crash occurred at 8:56 p.m. on Walnut Hill Road near Blondie’s Road House Bar & Restaurant. Officials on scene said the unidentified man was transported by ambulance to nearby ball field and was then flown via medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital. The man was ejected from the vehicle, according to South Union Township Assistant Chief Vincent Miscovich. State police were on scene investigating late Monday night. In addition to South Union, Collier Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the crash.
