Cora Ellen (Provins) Moore, our loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2008, in Provena Cor Mariae Center; Rockford, IL. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, where friends will be received today, September 19, 2008, from 10 a.m. until Noon followed by a service celebrating her life at Noon with the Rev. Christopher Enoch officiating.

Interment will be private.
