Brownsville Area High School’s “Cultural Arts Club” will sponsor a trip to see “Wicked” on Sept. 20. This is a matinee show, and the bus will leave from the high school. A juried show for South Arts Gallery titled “Gold Rush” will end today. Robert Schmalzreid is the juror. It is free and open to the public. The gallery is located in the Schoolhouse Art Center, 2600 South Park Road, Bethel Park. The gallery is open from 1 to 7 p.m. Artists who are showing their work are offering free demonstrations. The public is invited to watch the artists work and ask questions.

Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. followed by the concert at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner reservations are needed by Monday. Concert-only tickets will be sold at the door.

Sagebrush Round-Up, located on Bunner Ridge near Fairmont, W.Va., six miles east of Interstate 79 at Exit 139, will present an open stage from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday.
Featured acts will include The Round-Up Band, Tom Goldsmith, Ashley Meyers & 501, Rex Musgrove & The Knights of the Cross and Burl Smith.
There is an admission fee. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
The event is smoke and alcohol free.
