Two injured State police in Waynesburg said the driver and passenger in one vehicle that was involved in a two-vehicle accident at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 15 in Jefferson sustained minor injuries. Police listed the driver as Destiny D. Chambers, 20, and the passenger as Jake K. Chambers, 23, both of Jefferson. The driver of the other vehicle involved was listed as Alan J. Berry, 25, of Clarksville.

His passengers were listed as Erica L. Clipper, 20, of Rices Landing and Adriana M. Berry, 3, of Sycamore. The accident occurred on Route 188 at the intersection with Washington Street.

Harassment reported

State police cited Romita Jennings, 25, of Waynesburg for harassment after she allegedly hit Jason Smith, 37, of Waynesburg in the chin at a residence at Mountain View Gardens in Franklin Twp. at around 5:25 p.m. Aug. 26.

Accident reported

State police said that a vehicle driven by Nathan W. Krysak, 20, of Carmichaels hit a cow on Areford Rutter Lane in Cumberland Twp. at 2:05 a.m. Sept. 3 when the animal entered the road.

Theft reported

Jamie Barna of Waynesburg reported that a 2006 Yamaha Braun was stolen from her barn in Washington Twp. between Aug. 30 and Sept. 6, state police said.

Theft reported

Richard Long of Mount Morris reported that his Blue Tick hound dog was stolen from his yard along Mt. Morris Road in Perry Twp. sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 16, state police said.

Window broken

State police said Shane Moore of Waynesburg reported that a window at his home on Roy Furman Highway in Gray Twp. was broken around 11:05 p.m. Sept. 16.

Driver injured

State police a driver involved in a three-vehicle accident that occurred on Route 88 North in Jefferson Twp. at 8:04 p.m. Sept. 21 suffered minor injuries in the crash.

According to reports, vehicles driven by Jayme Herron, 26, of Greensboro, David W. Dinger, 18, of Fredericktown, and Angela Smalley of Fredericktown were involved in the accident. Dinger, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was injured.

Burglary reported

State police said Amy George of Mt. Morris reported that sometime between 1:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. someone entered her residence on Renners Run Road in Perry Twp. and stole approximately $10,000 worth of items from the residence. The incident is under investigation.

DUI arrest

State police said a 29-year-old Carmichaels man was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Pit Gas Road in Jefferson Twp. at 1:17 a.m. Sept. 20.

Assault reported

State police said William B. Hanlan, 27, and Robert E. Baker, 42, both of Dilliner, were charged with simple assault after they allegedly assaulted a 20-year-old Smithfield woman in the Poland Mine area of Dunkard Twp. at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 13.
