The Education Council of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce has honored Garrett Baber of Perryopolis, a junior at the Frazier High School, as a Student of the Month for March 2009. The son of Rebecca Barota and Gary Barota, Baber plans to attend Penn State to study social work with the career goal of becoming a psychologist. He has worked at the Perryopolis Auto Auction and is involved with his church youth group. He was named “Mr. Frazier Spirit.” Baber is involved in track, media club and dual enrollment.
