Michael J. DiConcilio, 83, of Uniontown passed away suddenly, Sunday, April 26, 2009 in the Uniontown Hospital. Friends were received at the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. today in Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Father Michael J. Crookston as Celebrant. Entombment follows in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.

The AMVETS Post 103 Honor Guard will conduct services at the cemetery.
