Palmer-Livingston
Horace Palmer of Uniontown and Carla Davis of Uniontown announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly J. Palmer of Morgantown, W.Va., to Lance R. Livingston of Columbus, Ohio. The bride-to-be is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. She is an attorney with the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory.
Her fiance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Livingston, Esq., of Philadelphia. He is also a graduate of West Virginia University and is a vice president with JPMorgan Chase and Co.
