Elsie (Cornett) Hazuda, a resident of Mount Macrina Manor, and formerly of Masontown Pennsylvania, died on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the age of 91. Family will receive Friends in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, corner of Church and River Avenue, Masontown, Pa., today, August 5, 2009, from 10:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mary Jane Fullerton officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pennsylvania.
