The City Mission operates two emergency shelters – one for woman and children with 12 to 15 beds and one for men with a 21-bed capacity. The agency also operates a youth shelter that houses 12- to 17-years-olds who are homeless, runaways or children placed with the program though the child welfare system.

In addition, the City Mission operates a 30-unit Gallatin School Living Center that provides transitional housing for families and individuals trying to get back on their week. The program is intensive and allows clients to focus on employment and housing issues while also offering comprehensive life skills programs.

The City Mission serves about 500 people a year and recently opened its newest facility, the Liberty Park Apartments, located at 113 Liberty St. in Uniontown. The apartments, four units, allow for a permanent supportive housing program for formerly homeless families with one adult who has a disability. The program links the families to support services.
