Centerville Teen charged State police said a 16-year-old Crucible boy was charged with violating a protection from abuse order after allegedly e-mailing a 14 year-old Fredericktown girl Saturday.

Bicycle stolen
According to state police, an orange HARO bicycle belonging to a 17-year-old Connellsville boy was stolen from a wooded area off Hill Street behind the Green Hill Mobile Home Park between 11:40 and 11:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Items stolen
Tonya Geigan, 34, of Lake Lynn reported that the license plate was stolen from her vehicle while the vehicle was parked at her Blosser Hill Road residence around 3 p.m. Aug. 2, state police said, noting that some prescription medication was also stolen from the vehicle. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to call the Uniontown state police barracks at 724-439-7111.

Man arrested
Robert Lee Forsythe, 48, of Adah was charged with driving under the influence following an incident on Ronco Road on April 24, state police said. Charges were filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Randy Abraham.
North Union Twp.
Two injured
State police said Scott Harris, 26, of Charlotte, N.C., and Kelly D. Hoyle, 37, of West Newton suffered moderate injuries when their vehicles crashed on Route 119 at 1:22 p.m. Aug. 2. Police said Harris was cited for failing to stop at a red light.
