Myers Jr., 19, of Smithfield; and two unidentified teenagers were each cited for underage drinking following an incident at a home on Fallen Timbers Road at 1:18 a.m. Sunday.

A tailgate owned by Saunders Excavating Inc. of Ravenna, Ohio, was stolen from a location in North Union Township between midnight and 5 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.

Tire slashed
Joseph Burke of Keisterville told police that vandals slashed a tire on his vehicle while it was parked on Township Drive between midnight and 5 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

Vandals damaged the window of a vehicle owned by Kelly Cable of Vanderbilt while it was parked on First Street on July 31 or Aug. 1, state police said.

Charges filed
Connellsville police have filed charges against the following people in unrelated incidents:
– Howard E. Widener, 64, of 233 S. Carnegie Ave. for public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated Aug. 5 and lying in the area of South Pittsburgh Street and Porter Avenue.
– Ashley Akers, 20, of 11D North Manor with harassment after she allegedly struck and scratched an unidentified 19-year-old female during an incident Friday in North Manor.
– Gary Glass, 26, and Dennissa Glass, 26, both of 1120 Water St., Scottdale; John Glass III, 28, of 1608 Pleasant Valley Road, Mount Pleasant; Elmer R. Layman, 22, School House Road, Normalville and Ryan O. Kalp, 22, of 240 Pine Slope Road, Acme for disorderly conduct following an incident Saturday at a Water Street bar.
Gary Glass, John Glass and Layman also were charged with public drunkenness, said police.
– Crystal M. Watson, 29, of 522 Ferguson Road, Dunbar, with public drunkenness after she was allegedly found intoxicated Saturday inside a car parked on East South Street.
