Ohiopyle man faces charges
An Ohiopyle man is facing multiple charges after he intentionally rammed his vehicle into another at a location in South Union Township Thursday. State police Trooper Ozzie Mills said the 24-year-old will be charged with aggravated assault and related offenses for the incident. The man’s identity is being withheld pending the formalization of charges.
According to Mills, the incident occurred at 6:03 p.m. in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart Supercenter.
Mills said the suspect allegedly used his pickup truck to intentionally strike a vehicle driven by Larry Bartholow of Connellsville.
