Washington Twp. Harassment

State police charged a 17 year-old juvenile along with Jarod Moore, 18 and Stacey Dailey, 35, all of Waynesburg with harassment following an altercation Tuesday at 9:53 p.m. at 395 Pisgah Ridge Road.

Harassment/criminal mischief

State police charged Joshua Allen Durant of 123 Second Street, Jefferson with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging property owned by Logan John Lynn Miller of 106 Fourth St., Jefferson, who was also charged with harassment for allegedly punching Durant Tuesday at 3 p.m.

Burglary

Jeffrey A. Phillips of 339 Patterson Run Road told state police that someone broke into his shed sometime Tuesday and Wednesday and stole a white and black Polaris Outlaw ATV and a Dewalt air compressor.

Cumberland Twp.

Simple assault

State police said a juvenile petition will be filed against a 15 year-old male for simple assault and harassment after he allegedly shoved 6 year-old male August 9 causing him to hit his face while he also choked him.
