Fairchance man charged in alleged sexual assault

State police charged a Fairchance man Friday following an investigation into accusations that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl. Michael Dale Hart, 43, faces felony charges of unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children and misdemeanor charges of indecent assault. According to the criminal complaint, in October the teen reported that Hart had been sexually abusing her. Charging documents accuse Hart of touching the victim inappropriately on multiple occasions.
