GEORGES TWP. ATV stolen State police said an all-terrain vehicle belonging to Weldon J. Ashton of Smithfield was stolen from a location on Ondrajko Road between 1 and 9 a.m. Wednesday. SPRINGFIELD TWP.
Two injured
State police said Shane Shipley, 18, of Mill Run suffered injuries when the vehicle he was driving crashed on Route 711 at 3:15 a.m. Saturday. Police said a 14-year-old girl who was a passenger in Shipley?s vehicle also suffered injuries. Both were taken by ambulance to Highlands Hospital in Connellsville.

Man arrested
Cumberland police arrested Joshua Lee, 21, of Sharon who was wanted on charges from Trumbull County, Ohio, for allegedly failing to report a crime related to a death. Police took Lee into custody Sunday following a disturbance at the Carmichaels and Cumberland Township fire hall. Lee was placed in Greene County Prison and will be extradited to Ohio, according to police.

Plate stolen
Donald Falo Jr. of Hunker reported the license plate was stolen off his vehicle while it was parked on Sandworks Road in Westmorland County between 9 p.m. Aug. 13 and 8 a.m. Aug. 15, state police said.

Tools stolen
State police said Irvin Shipley of Scottdale reported several tools were stolen from his garage, located on Delaware Avenue in Westmoreland County, at 11 p.m. Aug. 10.

State police said the rear tire of a vehicle belonging to Sean Lim was damaged while parked at Lim?s Westmoreland County residence between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Aug. 18.

State police said Patrick Lee Rosenberry, 16, of Hunker has been reported as a runaway. Police said Rosenberry was last seen leaving 1 Huntingdon Village in Westmoreland County at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 19 and failed to return home. Police said Rosenberry was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and a gray hat. Anyone with information regar

Man arrested
A 48-year-old Point Marion man, Dallon R. Robertson, was arrested Sunday for receiving stolen property and theft by deception for having possession of a guitar that was stolen from Covenant Baptist Church on Union Street between July 26 and Aug. 9, Uniontown police said. The guitar, valued at $3,300, was reported stolen by Dennis Cox earlier this month.

Juvenile runs away
Isaac Farrell of 131 S. Grant St. was reported as a runaway Sunday, Uniontown police said. Farrell, who was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, red gym shorts, white tennis shoes, is black with short black hair.

Apartment burgled
Donald Everly Jr. of 603 Mount Vernon Towers reported to Uniontown police that his apartment was burglarized between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Stolen were several video games, a portable DVD player, several DVDs and Suboxone, a drug used to treat opiate addiction. Numerous items were thrown around the apartment and dresser drawers were opened, police said.

Two cited
Timothy VanKirk, 38, and Joseph Dillinger, 23, both of Masontown, were cited for violations of open alcohol container laws after they were discovered drinking beer on Main Street at 2:50 a.m. Sunday, Masontown police said. Both men were cited and released.

Warrant served
Robert Durst, 20, of Martin was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he was discovered in a vehicle that had been stopped for traffic violations at 1:14 a.m. Sunday, Masontown police said. Durst was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Randy Abraham and placed in the Fayette County Prison on $25,000 bond, police said.

Shannon Silbaugh, 28, of Masontown was cited for harassment for an incident that occurred at 2:34 a.m. Saturday on Sangston Avenue, Masontown police said.

Mark Provance, 48, and Jadian Hoffman, 32, both of Masontown, were cited for harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident at Adolph?s Tavern on South Main Street at 2:10 a.m. Saturday, Masontown police said.

5 cited in bar fight
Five people were cited following a disturbance at Mickey Magee?s bar on Main Street at 12:37 a.m. Saturday, Masontown police said. Police cited Chad Jordan, 29, of Carmichaels for disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief; John Jordan, 51, of Carmichaels for harassment and disorderly conduct; Darrell Samual, 29, of Uniontown for harassment and disorderly conduct; Theo Johnson, 23, and Cornell Dotson, 31, both of Masontown, for harassment and disorderly conduct.

Fuel stolen
Brownsville police are investigating an incident in which someone drove off without paying for $79.65 in diesel fuel at the Brownsville Exxon at 10:01 a.m. Friday. The vehicle, driven by a male, was described as a red truck with a silver stripe. After leaving without paying, the vehicle went east on Route 40, police said.

Vehicles collide
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Water and Joiner streets at 7:54 a.m. Monday, Brownsville police said.
Vehicles traveling north on Water Street and traveling from Joiner onto Water Street were involved in the accident.
Brownsville Fire Company No. 1 and South Brownsville responded, as well as emergency medical personnel. Additional information was unavailable.

Man cited
Patrick Rodgers, 18, of Uniontown was cited for harassment for an incident that occurred at 585 W. Main St., Uniontown, at 11:22 p.m. Saturday, state police said. Rodgers allegedly harassed Brian Olman, 44, and Joshua Olman, 17, both of Fairchance.

A window on a building at 1026 McClellandtown Road was damaged between 3 p.m. Sunday and 1 a.m. Monday, state police said. Russell Curtis Bennett of McClellandtown owns the building. Police are investigating.

Fuel stolen
State police are investigating an incident in which three plastic five-gallon gasoline containers full of fuel were stolen from a storage shed at 471 Braddock Road after it was broken into between Aug. 18 and Saturday. The owner is Donald Martin of Markleysburg.

Grate stolen
A 2-by-4-foot steel storm drain grate was stolen from a location at Mark Drive at the Outcrop No. 1 housing unit in Smithfield between 4:30 p.m. Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Friday, state police said. The grate, owned by the Fayette County Housing Authority, is valued at $250.

An unidentified juvenile was arrested for violating a protection-from-abuse order following an incident at 44 Green Point Circle, Uniontown, at 1:35 a.m. Monday, state police said.

State police are investigating an incident in which the window of a sport utility vehicle was shattered while traveling on Route 40 west just prior to New Salem Road between 3:20 and 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Lisa Pierce of Uniontown was driving the SUV.
