George E. Sebeck “Lefty”
0000367324-01-1.jpg George E. “Lefty” Sebeck, 60, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2009. Born December 13, 1948 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania he was the son of Charles Sebeck and Mildred (McConnville) Sebeck.
George served with the United States Army during Vietnam.
He liked to hunt and spend time with his beloved Family, especially his granddaughter, Lyla, whom he adored.
He also was an Amateur Radio Operator.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Sebeck, and his parents.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Margaret Sebeck; two sons: George Sebeck Jr. and wife Domoneque, Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Mark Sebeck and wife Katie, Emsworth, Pennsylvania; granddaughter Lyla Sebeck; three brothers: James Sebeck, John Sebeck, Joe Sebeck all of Grindstone, Pennsylvania; one sister, Rosemary Denitti, Perryopolis, Pennsylvania; mother-in-law, Leona Janos, who loved him like a son; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were private for the Family in care of the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, Pa.
Military Rites and Honors were accorded by American Legion posts 940, 838 and 295.
