John G. Nickolas, 61, avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and drives through the countryside, Furnace Door Man (over 20 years) at USSteel’s Clairton Works, Army veteran (Sergeant, Air Defense Vietnam era), 1966 Charleroi High School graduate, died at home Thursday December 10, 2009. Survivors: three daughters, Heather Cole, Holly Nickolas, Jonelle Osborne; two sisters: Kathy Collins and Deborah Nickolas; three grandchildren; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
