Duane E. McCusker
Duane E. McCusker, 58, of Riverside, CA passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2009, in Riverside, CA. Duane was born October 23, 1951 in Mt. Pleasant, Pa., a son of the late Edison B. and Leona Kravec McCusker, who passed away in 1989 and 1970 respectively.
Duane was a graduate of Southmoreland High School, Class of 1969 and received a BA degree in Sociology from St. Vincent College in 1974. He attained rank of captain in the US Air Force and was later employed as an Aerospace Engineer. At the time of his death he was working for the ALL IS ONE Foundation and the Christian Family Counseling Center in Riverside. He was an accomplished musician and expert guitarist. He enjoyed composing and playing music for Pathways Christian Church in Riverside. Duane was also an avid sailor and had been a crew member in the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Duane will be sadly missed by his loving family; his wife, Treva McCusker of Riverside, CA; his son, Christopher McCusker and wife Suzanne of Monroeville; four grandchild-ren, Calista, Paige, Quinn, and Rowan McCusker; and two sisters, Maxine Bowman and husband Glenn of Delmont and Debbie Fogle and husband Richard of Uniontown.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Dale P. McCusker in 1959.

There will be no public visitation. Private graveside services in St. John the Baptist Roman catholic Cemetery in Scottdale will be held at the convenience of the family.
