Florence May Hathaway Cowles, age 91, of Oakdale, Pennsylvania and formerly of Connellsville, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at her residence in Oakdale. Friends were received in BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville.
Additional viewing will take place today, December 22, in FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 301 South Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville, PA from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the hour of Services with the Rev. Dean Meyer officiating.
Interment follows in Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery, Mill Run, PA.
In lieu of flowers, the Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church, 301 South Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville, PA 15424 in memory of Florence May Hathaway Cowles.
