Elva G. (Gordon) Downs, 80, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., passed away peacefully on her special day – her birthday – – Sunday, June 28, 2009, with her loving Sister at her side. Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today (July 1, 2009) until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. Franklin Bishop of Mount Airy, Maryland, and the Rev. Dan Brandt officiating.

Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
