Appeal denied

1 min read

The state Superior Court has denied a Waynesburg man’s appeal of a prison sentence of 5 to 10 years he received after a jury convicted him of drug charges in 2007. Keith Alan McNett, 24, was found guilty of possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found not guilty of criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver. State police filed the charges after stopping a car, in which McNett was one of two passengers, because of an inoperable light and finding marijuana and cocaine in the car in March 2006.
