Smiley-Metz
Sheila Marie King Metz of Connellsville became the bride of David Allen Smiley of Leisenring in a ceremony performed April 25 at the Leisenring Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Richard Watson officiated the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Betty King Callahan of East Washington Avenue, Connellsville, and the late Roy J. King. The bridegroom is the son of Beverly Smiley of Store Street, Leisenring, and the late John Smiley.
The bride was given in marriage by her son-in-law, David Easter.
Matron of honor was Amy Easter, daughter of the bride. Maid of honor was Ashley Smiley, daughter of the bridegroom. Samantha Smiley, daughter of the bridegroom, was flower girl.
Best man was Jeffrey Miner.
A reception was held at the church social hall.
The newlyweds are both employed at Highlands Hospital.
Following a Caribbean cruise to Freeport, Bahamas and Nassau, the couple is residing on Store Street, Leisenring.
