Woman injured Officials said an unidentified woman suffered serious injuries when the vehicle she was driving crashed on Mount Summit on Route 40 around 3 a.m. Sunday. The woman was ejected from the vehicle and was flown by a medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital, officials said. Hopwood and North Union Township volunteer fire departments assisted state police on scene. No other information was available Sunday night. Uniontown

Man shot

Uniontown police said they are investigating an incident involving a man who was shot in the arm. Police said Stefan K. Cooper Jr., 19, suffered a gunshot wound to the left forearm, noting that officers were notified of the situation at 8:59 p.m. Saturday when Cooper sought medical treatment at Uniontown Hospital. Police said Cooper told officers he did not know who shot him. The incident is under investigation.

Uniontown police said James H. Osburn of Fairbank received several vehicle-related citations following a traffic stop on North Gallatin Avenue at 4:15 p.m. Friday.

Ramona Burney of Uniontown reported the passenger window was broken out of her vehicle while parked on Carlisle Street sometime Friday, Uniontown police said.

Uniontown police said two males broke into the Murray Avenue home of Agnes Almes around 1 a.m. Saturday and stole money after threatening to kill Almes. Police said the males wore masks and hooded sweatshirts. Anyone with information regarding the robbery can call police at 724-430-2929.

Man robbed

Gary Minerd of Uniontown reported three unidentified males robbed him while he was walking on Gallatin Avenue near Askren Street at 3:34 a.m. Saturday, Uniontown police said. Minerd said one of the males was armed with a gun, police reported, noting that Minerd’s wallet containing $200 and keys were stolen.
