BOLIVAR – The Pennsylvania Game Commission is hosting a free workshop at 6:30 p. m. Tuesday, June 16, for private landowners who are interested in supporting wildlife by creating valuable habitat on their property. The workshop will be held at the Department of Health Building, 100 New Salem Rd. in Uniontown, Fayette County. Funding is available through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for tree plantings, forest improvements, and habitat restoration.

Representatives from the Pennsylvania Game Commission, the USDA-NRCS and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will present information on these topics and will answer landowner questions about habitat and funding.
