Herald-Standard poll

1 min read

The Pirates aren’t on the right track after trading all-star center fielder Nate McLouth, according to a majority of those taking part in a poll on the Herald-Standard’s Web site, heraldstandard.com. Of the 544 people who took part in the poll, 58.3 said they didn’t think the trade would help the Pirates Another 23 percent said they don’t take care while 11 percent said they thought it helped the Pirates and 7.7 percent said they weren’t sure. The question this week concerns a recent poll showing 56 percent of Californians think marijuana should be legalized. Visitors coming to the Web site will be asked if they think marijuana should be legalized.

Visitors to heraldstandard.com will have until noon Friday to take part in the poll. See the results of the poll in this column next Monday.
