Carmen L. Higinbotham, 30, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2009 in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born March 27, 1979. Carmen was adopted at a young age by her parents Orville and Maxine Higinbotham.

Carmen was a Teacher’s Aide at the Intermediate Unit I.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Ronald L. Higinbotham, Brownsville, PA, her two children: Ronald Jr. and Haley; two step children: Kyle and Danielle; two adopted children: Josh and Felicia; two brothers: Sam and Louis Cortez both of Phoenix, AZ; one adoptive brother, Orville Higinbotham, Jr., Masontown, PA; three adoptive sisters: Debbie Holchin, Dunbar, PA, Renee Rose Higinbotham, Masontown, PA and Diane Higinbotham, Point Marion, PA and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
