Anne H. (Bailey) Carrick
Anne H. (Bailey) Carrick, of Palmer, Pa., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, in Golden Living Center, Uniontown, Pa., at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, in 1998, by two children in infancy, her parents, Anna and John Bailey, and her brothers, Theodore Bailey, John Bailey, Leonard Bailey, Leroy Bailey, and Edward Bailey.
Anne had been a lifelong member of Saint Albert’s Roman Catholic Church, Palmer, Pa., and a member of St. Albert’s Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She was also a member of Adah V.F.D. Ladies Auxiliary, Palmer Pioneers, and Busy Needles Knitting Club.
She is survived by the following loving family, her son and wife, Allan and Esther Carrick of Uniontown, Pa.; her daughter and husband, Jo Anne and Bob Billak of Fairfax, Va.; her grandchildren: Robert and Laura Billak of Stone Ridge, Va., Jennifer and William Smith of South Riding, Va., David and Debra Carrick of Chandler, Ariz.; and her two great-grandchildren: Rachel and Ryan Billak of Stone Ridge, Virginia.
She is also survived by her sister, Evelyn Boyle of Masontown, Pa., her brothers, Vincent Bailey and wife Caroline of Masontown, Pa., Harry Bailey of Masontown, Pa., and Robert Bailey and wife Marcelene of Windsor, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC, 515 North Main St., Masontown, Pa. on Friday, June 26, 2009, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m and on Saturday, June 27, 2009, when a Blessing Service will be held, at a time to be announced.
Interment will be held in Acklin Cemetery, Republic, Pa.
She will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends.
