Holstein Steers, standard 1 to 2 one, 1,270 to 1,390 pounds, 67.50 to 68.50. Slaughter Cows: Breakers, 75 to 80 percent lean, average dressing, 52 to 59. Boners, 80 to 85 percent lean, average dressing, 48.50 to 50.50, one high dressing, 51 to 51.50, one low dressing, 48 to 51.50. Lean, 85 to 90 percent lean, average dressing, 28 to 46.

Slaughter Bulls: Yield grade 1, 61.50 to 66. Yield grade 2, 57 to 60.

FEEDER CATTLE: Steers, medium and large 2, 300 to 505 pounds, 62 to 82. Heifers, medium and large 1, 505 to 697 pounds, 82 to 88.
