Martin and Mary Hubeaut of Point Marion announce the engagement of their daughter, Bethany Marie Hubeaut, to Joshua Michael Chicarelli of Fairmont, W.Va. The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Albert Gallatin Area High School and a 2008 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in secondary education. She is a teacher with the Albert Gallatin Area School District. Her fiance is the son of John and Mary Jo Chicarelli of Fairmont, W.Va. He is a 1999 graduate of Fairmont Senior High School and a 2003 graduate of Marshall University. He earned a master’s degree in professional accountancy in 2007 from West Virginia University. He is a tax accountant at West Virginia University Hospitals.

A wedding for Aug. 8 is planned.
